Privacy
Goaltrail stores the minimum account and match data needed to run competition, private challenges, moderation, and sharing.

- Dynamic account identifiers, verified email or social identity, and connected public wallet addresses.
- Display name, profile image, preferences, progress, guesses, timing, score, streak, rank, reports, and moderation records.
- Creator trail text, declared media rights, uploaded audio or images, and narration purchase records.
- A local guest identifier used to claim progress after sign-in.
Service providers
Convex stores application data and runs the server referee. Cloudflare R2 stores private media. Dynamic provides authentication and wallet connection. ElevenLabs receives only the paid or editorial audio-clue script and voice settings needed to generate speech. Public blockchain transfers are visible independently of Goaltrail.
Why and how long
We process data to provide the game, secure competitions, deliver purchases, moderate abuse, and improve difficulty. Temporary media follows configured lifecycle rules. Match and moderation records may be retained where needed for integrity, disputes, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may change your profile, disconnect a wallet through account settings, decline notifications, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@goaltrail.app. Some integrity and transaction records may need to be retained.
Security
Answer contracts, provider keys, and signing credentials remain server-side. Media is private and delivered with short-lived signed URLs. No system is risk-free; please report suspected security issues to security@goaltrail.app.
